We sell printed Bibles, including editions of the King James Pure Cambridge text with added Gustave Doré illustrations, along with slipcases.

We affirm:

  • The biblical text remains consistent with the King James Pure Cambridge edition.
  • No textual edits or alterations have been made beyond the addition of visual illustrations.

We do not guarantee theological interpretations or suitability for any specific doctrinal position.

3. ORDERS & PREORDERS

We offer products for sale under the following conditions:

  • Preorders: Items that are not yet in stock but are available for advance purchase.
  • In-Stock Items: Products that are currently available and ready for shipment.

Availability is determined at our discretion and may change at any time. Products will be clearly labeled on the website as either “Preorder” or “In Stock” at the time of purchase.

Preorders

  • Preorders are fully refundable prior to shipment.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be subject to manufacturing or shipping delays.

4. PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

We accept payments through Shopify-supported methods, including but not limited to:

5. SHIPPING

We ship both within the United States and internationally.

Shipping Terms

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Pax Biblia LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Pax Biblia LLC is not responsible for loss or theft.
  • Damage caused during transit by postal services does not constitute liability for indirect damages beyond the product itself.

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS

We offer a 10-day return policy from the date the customer receives the product.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused
  • The item must be in the same condition as received
  • The item must be returned in original packaging

Return Shipping

  • Pax Biblia LLC will cover return shipping costs for approved returns.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item.

7. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS & QUALITY CLAIMS

Due to the nature of manufacturing, minor variations may occur. However, we address defects as follows:

Binding / Glue Issues

  • Verified glue or binding failures may qualify for a partial refund, determined at our discretion.

Debossing / Alignment Issues

  • Issues such as crooked debossing or misalignment will be evaluated case-by-case.

    • Description of the issue

Resolution (partial refund or otherwise) is determined solely by Pax Biblia LLC based on severity.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

13. CHARGEBACK & PAYMENT DISPUTES

By completing a purchase, you agree to contact Pax Biblia LLC at paxbiblia@gmail.com before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.

Customers agree that:

  • Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue directly with Pax Biblia LLC may be considered a violation of these Terms.
  • If a chargeback is initiated after a refund has already been issued, or while a return is in process, Pax Biblia LLC reserves the right to dispute the chargeback with evidence, including order confirmations, delivery confirmation, and communication records.

We maintain detailed records of:

  • Order fulfillment
  • Shipping confirmations
  • Customer communications

These records may be used to contest illegitimate disputes.

14. FRAUD PREVENTION & ORDER VERIFICATION

Pax Biblia LLC reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

15. DEFECT RESOLUTION POLICY (PARTIAL REFUND STANDARD)

All defect claims are evaluated individually based on severity, usability, and overall impact on the product.

Primary Remedy – Partial Refund

Partial refunds are the standard and primary resolution for all approved defect claims, including but not limited to:

  • Debossing misalignment or inconsistency
  • Cosmetic imperfections
  • Glue or binding irregularities
  • Binding failures, including major issues affecting usability

The amount of the partial refund is determined solely by Pax Biblia LLC based on the severity of the defect.

Replacement (Exceptional and Limited)

Replacements are not guaranteed and are only offered in rare and exceptional circumstances, at the sole discretion of Pax Biblia LLC.

A replacement may be considered only if:

  • The product is deemed significantly defective beyond reasonable use, and
  • A replacement unit is available in current inventory, and
  • The customer complies with all return and verification requirements

We reserve the right to deny a replacement request and instead issue a partial refund as the final resolution.

Return Requirement

  • Pax Biblia LLC may require the item to be returned prior to issuing any refund or replacement.
  • If a return is required, instructions will be provided via email.

Claim Conditions

  • All defect claims must be submitted within the 10-day return window from delivery.
  • Claims must include:
    • Clear photographic evidence
    • A written description of the issue

All determinations regarding defect severity and resolution are made solely by Pax Biblia LLC.
