1. PURCHASE OPTIONS
Pax Biblia LLC offers products under two purchase types:
Preorder Items
Preorder items are products that are not currently in stock and are produced or allocated after purchase.
In-Stock Items
In-stock items are products that are available at the time of purchase and are prepared for shipment within standard processing times.
Product availability is clearly indicated on the product page at the time of purchase.
2. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Preorder Items
Preorders may be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours, preorder cancellations are not guaranteed, as production and fulfillment processes may already have begun. In such cases, cancellation requests may be denied or subject to partial refund depending on the stage of processing.
In-Stock Items
Orders for in-stock items may be canceled only if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return policy instead.
3. MODIFICATIONS & ADDRESS CHANGES
We may accommodate address changes or minor order modifications only if the order has not entered processing or shipment.
Once processing begins, modifications cannot be guaranteed.
4. PROCESSING & PRODUCTION STATUS
Orders may enter processing immediately after purchase, especially during high-demand periods or production batch runs.
Once an order is marked as “in production,” “processing,” or “fulfilled,” it is no longer eligible for cancellation.
5. REFUND TIMING FOR APPROVED CANCELLATIONS
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
