Pax Biblia LLC is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturing processes, third-party production partners, or international logistics before arrival to our fulfillment facility.

By purchasing a preorder item, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Preorder delivery times may vary significantly due to:

    • Shipping delays from overseas manufacturers to the United States

Any dates, timelines, or delivery estimates shown on the website, checkout page, or in communications are approximate projections only and do not constitute a guaranteed delivery date.

Pax Biblia LLC reserves the right to adjust estimated timelines at any time due to production or logistics factors.

Failure to deliver within an estimated timeframe does not constitute grounds for automatic cancellation, refund, chargeback, or liability, provided reasonable communication regarding delays is made available upon request.

4. CHECKOUT ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

7. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

8. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

  • The carrier determines the package is undeliverable for any reason

If a package is returned, the customer will be contacted via email and given the option to:

  • Reship the order (customer responsible for additional shipping costs), or
  • Receive a refund of the product price minus original shipping costs and any return shipping fees charged by the carrier

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled. Any claims for theft or loss after delivery must be handled with the shipping carrier.
