RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Pax Biblia LLC


1. OVERVIEW

Pax Biblia LLC accepts returns and issues refunds in accordance with the terms outlined below. This policy applies to all purchases made through our online store.

By placing an order, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy.


2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Be in original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase

3. RETURN APPROVAL PROCESS

All return requests must be submitted to:

Return requests must include:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos if applicable

Returns are subject to approval by Pax Biblia LLC.


4. RETURN SHIPPING

If a return is approved:

  • Pax Biblia LLC will cover return shipping costs
  • Instructions will be provided via email before shipment

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


5. REFUNDS

Standard Returns (Unopened / Unused Items)

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.


Defective or Damaged Items

Items deemed defective or damaged may qualify for:

  • A partial refund (standard resolution)
  • Or, in rare cases, a replacement (at our discretion)

Defect eligibility is determined solely by Pax Biblia LLC based on inspection and submitted evidence.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Items returned outside the 10-day window
  • Items that show signs of use or wear
  • Issues caused by customer handling after delivery
  • Minor manufacturing variations (including debossing or finishing differences)

6. PARTIAL REFUNDS (DEFECT CASES)

Partial refunds may be issued for approved defect claims, including but not limited to:

  • Binding or glue issues
  • Debossing misalignment
  • Cosmetic or finishing imperfections

Refund amounts are determined based on severity at the sole discretion of Pax Biblia LLC.


7. REPLACEMENTS (LIMITED CASES)

Replacements are not guaranteed and are only issued in rare circumstances where:

  • The product is significantly defective beyond reasonable use, and
  • Replacement inventory is available

Pax Biblia LLC reserves the right to issue a partial refund instead of a replacement.


8. PROCESSING TIME

Once a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider (typically 5–10 business days)


9. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For international customers, orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

  • These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost
  • Customers are responsible for paying all applicable customs duties and import fees upon arrival in their country
  • The shipping carrier (such as USPS, DHL, UPS, or other local partners) will typically contact the customer directly to collect any required fees, in the same manner as standard international shipments

Failure to pay required customs or import fees may result in delays, return to sender, or additional charges imposed by the carrier.

Pax Biblia LLC is not responsible for customs processing times or import-related delays.


10. RETURNED PACKAGES / FAILED DELIVERY

If a package is returned to Pax Biblia LLC for any reason related to delivery failure, including but not limited to:

  • Insufficient or incorrect address information provided by the customer
  • Failure to pay customs duties, import taxes, or other required international fees
  • Refusal or failure to accept delivery
  • Any other reason designated by the shipping carrier as “return to sender” or undeliverable

the following conditions will apply:

  • The customer is responsible for the accuracy of all shipping information provided at checkout
  • The customer is responsible for all customs duties, import fees, and carrier-required charges upon arrival in their country
  • Once the package is returned to us, we will notify the customer via email

The customer may choose one of the following options:

  • Reshipment of the order, with the customer responsible for all additional shipping costs, or
  • Refund of the product price, minus original shipping costs and any return shipping fees charged by the carrier

Pax Biblia LLC is not responsible for delays, losses, or costs resulting from failed delivery due to customer input errors, unpaid duties, or carrier-designated return conditions.
