2. PURCHASE OPTIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY

Purchase Types

• Preorder Items: Products not yet in stock and fulfilled after production
• In-Stock Items: Products available at time of purchase and shipped when ready

Availability is determined at our discretion and may change at any time.

Cancellations

• Preorder items may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase
• After 24 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed and may be denied if production has begun
• In-stock items may only be canceled before processing or shipment

Once an order enters production or fulfillment, cancellation is no longer guaranteed.

3. SHIPPING POLICY

General Shipping

Pax Biblia LLC ships domestically and internationally. Fulfillment depends on inventory availability and production scheduling.

Manufacturing & Production Delays

Orders may be subject to manufacturing and production processes.

Customers acknowledge that:

• Production, finishing, and quality control may affect timelines
• Delays may occur due to manufacturing, materials, or third-party facilities
• Shipping estimates are not guaranteed

We are not responsible for delays caused by manufacturing or production partners.

Preorder Shipping

Preorder items are fulfilled after purchase and may experience variable timelines.

Customers acknowledge:

• All timelines are estimates only
• Delivery dates are not guaranteed
• Delays may occur due to:
  • Manufacturer delays
  • Production scheduling
  • Quality control
  • International shipping to the U.S.
  • Customs or carrier delays

Preorder delays do not qualify for automatic cancellation or chargeback when disclosed.

International Orders & Customs

Customers are responsible for:

• Customs duties
• Import taxes
• Carrier-collected import fees

These are not included in product or shipping costs.

Carriers may contact customers directly to collect fees upon arrival.

Failure to pay may result in delays, returns, or additional charges.

Returned or Undeliverable Packages

Packages may be returned due to:

If returned:

4. RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery if:

• Item is in original condition
• Original packaging is included

Return shipping is covered by Pax Biblia LLC for approved returns.

Defect Claims

Defect Resolution

Standard Resolution: Partial Refund

Partial refunds are the primary resolution for:

• Binding issues (including major failures)
• Glue issues
• Debossing misalignment
• Cosmetic or manufacturing variations

Refund amounts are determined solely by Pax Biblia LLC.

Replacements (Rare Cases)

Replacements are not guaranteed and only issued in rare circumstances where:

• Product is unusable beyond reasonable expectation
• Replacement inventory is available

We may issue a partial refund instead of replacement at our discretion.

Non-Defect Conditions

Not considered defects:

• Minor debossing or alignment variation
• Natural manufacturing differences
• Cosmetic variations

5. SHIPPING DELAY & RISK ACKNOWLEDGMENT

6. LEGAL NOTICE

All liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

International customers are responsible for customs and import fees.

7. CHARGEBACK & DISPUTE POLICY
